
What Is It?
Computing and Technology Services (CTS) offers Annual Cybersecurity Training for all faculty, staff and students. This year's training consists of one 30-minute course that covers social engineering and steps you can take to avoid becoming a victim of cybercrime.
The training runs:
- Oct. 8, 2025 - Dec. 15, 2025 for all students, faculty and staff.
Students - To access the KnowBe4 cybersecurity awareness training, follow the steps listed below:
- Click the Start Training (Students) button above to open KnowBe4.
- Enter your University @duq.edu email address.
- Sign in with your MultiPass username and password.
- After signing in, you will arrive at the KnowBe4 training dashboard. Click Start to begin your training.
Employees - To access the KnowBe4 cybersecurity awareness training via MyLEAD, follow the steps listed below:
- Click the Start Training (Employees) button above to open the Course Home Page via MyLEAD.
- If prompted, click CONTINUE and sign in with your MultiPass username and password.
- Click the LAUNCH button to begin.
Completing this course will teach you:
- The latest cyberthreats and attack methods that cybercriminals use
- The red flags that can help you identify these attacks
- How to respond when facing a potential threat.

Note
- If you are unable to sign into the cybersecurity training, please reset your MultiPass password and then try signing into the training website. If you still cannot sign in, please contact TechHUB Technology Support via the Report Issue red button.
- You can pause and resume the training at a later time. When you sign back into the cybersecurity training dashboard after pausing your training, click Resume to continue from where you left off.
- You may need to change pop-up blocker settings to access the training in your browser.
- The deadline to complete cybersecurity awareness training is as follows:
- Dec. 15, 2025 for all students, faculty and staff
