What Is It?

Students, faculty and staff receive University email account through our Microsoft Office 365 subscription, which provides access to email, calendaring and other collaboration tools.

Where Can I Get It?

There are multiple ways to sign into your University email account:

On the Web:

  • Go to duq.edu/dori and sign in with your MultiPass username and password. After signing in, select Quick Links in the menu along the top and then choose Email.
  • Go to duq.edu/mail and sign in with your MultiPass username and password.

On the Outlook Client:

Shared Mailbox:

  • Click "Request Shared Mailbox" to the right.

Students maintain access to their University email account throughout their time at Duquesne and up to one year after graduating. Alumni can view our IT graduation checklist for tips on backing up information and data stored in your University email account before you lose access.

Employees maintain access to their University email account for as long as they are employed by Duquesne. An employee will lose access to their University email account within 24 hours of their last day worked. Eligible employees who retire from Duquesne are provided with a University retiree email account.
