Qualtrics is a research tool that can provide valuable insights into data obtained through surveys. Qualtrics is available to all Duquesne faculty, staff, and students.


Box

Box is a cloud storage service that you can use for file sharing and collaboration across multiple devices.


Banner Document Management (BDM) allows users to scan, store, and organize documents. BDM has integration with Banner Admin Pages and Banner Self Service to facilitate easy document retrieval.


Banner is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) application the University uses to record and maintain information and data for its students, employees, alumni and donors.


University students and employees receive an annual print balance of a $90 credit.


This service provides the ability to have network cables run to new locations and activate the network.


Fast and secure network access provided on Duquesne's campus and secure access to restricted University resources and applications while on or away from campus. This includes the DuqNet-IoT wireless network used to connect non-compute devices to Wi-Fi.


Employees can request to have software installed on University-managed computers.


Requests to have individuals' or department's computers and other devices or equipment that plug into the computer installed.


The University offers a FREE shuttle service between Campus and the South Side for Duquesne students. Students will only be required to show their official Duquesne University I.D. to gain access to the Shuttle. Only Duquesne University Students may ride the shuttle.


GlobalProtect is the University's VPN client.


MultiPass is your single username and password that you will use to sign into all Duquesne online resources, including the Duquesne Portal, Canvas, DuqNet Wi-Fi and your University email as well as all University-managed computers and podiums.


The Team Dynamix Services Portal & Catalog features a catalog displaying the IT services available to you as a member of the Duquesne community and provides a faster means to get support.

This is a service used for requesting firewall access.


Students, faculty and staff receive University email account through our Microsoft Office 365 subscription, which provides access to email, calendaring and other collaboration tools.
